Planning a commitment ceremony?   You can have your ceremony officiated by a legally ordained minister of the Universal Life Church!

Rather than pay the high fees of a minister or justice of the peace, have a friend or family member become ordained for FREE. Ordination into the Universal Life Church is completely without cost or obligation.  The doctrine of the ULC is consistent with the philosophies of all peace loving people.

That's it.   Nothing more or less.  If you have a friend who agrees with the above statement, he or she is eligible to become legally ordained as a minister of the Universal Life Church.

ULC ministers are authorized to perform all rites and ceremonies of the church, including commitment ceremonies.   We even offer a beautiful Affirmation of Love certificate to commemorate and document your event.  

Like all ministers, ULC clerics must abide by state laws.  Although same-sex weddings and commitment ceremonies are fully authorized by the church, they do not have legal standing in most states.
