Please note that currently in the state of PA, alteast one of the persons getting married must be a member of the Universal Life Church in order for the marriage to be recognized. Also, due to the fact that Pennsylvania's laws vary to such a degree that the jurisdictions within most of the Counties themselves can not agree upon what the PA marriage law interrupts as "an established church or congregation," most especially in regards to any on-line ordinations by a church, the County of Bucks will be the only county in PA in which I will agree to perform legal marriage ceremonies at this time.
